Delete your SkillPak account
Request permanent deletion of your SkillPak account and all personal data associated with it.

This page explains how users of the SkillPak mobile app and website (https://skillpak.org) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. SkillPak is operated by SkillPak.
How to request account deletion
Choose one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Delete from the SkillPak app (fastest)
- Open the SkillPak app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (from the menu).
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm deletion:
- If you signed up with email and password, enter your current password.
- If you signed in with Google, type DELETE to confirm.
- Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Delete from the website
- Sign in at https://skillpak.org/login.
- Go to My Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 3 — Email request
If you cannot access the app or website, email us:
- Send an email from the address linked to your SkillPak account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include your full name and the email address on your account.
- Send to: support@skillpak.com
We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all personal information linked to your account, including:
- Name, email address, and password
- Profile photo and bio
- Google or social sign-in identifiers
- Course enrollments and learning progress
- Quiz attempts, scores, and answers
- Lecture notes and bookmarks
- Course ratings and reviews you submitted
- Certificates issued to your account (including certificate files)
- Payment and subscription records tied to your account
- Chat messages you sent or received
- Notifications and support messages
- Mobile app login tokens and session data
- Live class participation records
- Manual and product purchase records
No personal data is retained after your account is deleted, except where we are legally required to keep minimal records (for example, anonymized transaction logs required by tax law). Any such retained records are not used to identify you and are deleted when no longer required by law.
Data on your device
The SkillPak app may store lecture watch progress locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this local data. Account deletion on our servers does not automatically clear data on your device — uninstall the app if you want local data removed.
